「The room was big enough for 3 people and very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. And the location was excellent, in walking distance of great restaurants and the gondola. The staff were wonderful, so friendly and helpful.」

Our first visit to Bansko, with very rudimentary Bulgarian language skills, the staff nevertheless met our every question and need with a smile and a helpful answer.
