"Остановился в номере-апартаментах, на тот момент самом дорогом из предлагаемых. Первый и самый главный минус это целый квест чтобы найти его, приходится пользоваться двумя разными лифтами. Второе это шумоизоляция. Ее нет, я слышал буквально все. Халаты в номере для лилипутов. Единственный плюс это завтрак, он нормальный."

"Не понаслышке зная воронежские пробки, я искал отель на нужном берегу реки и нашел "НеЧаев". Немного смутил бильярд в одном помещении со стойкой регистрации)) Но сам отель находится в помещении рядом, с отдельным входом с улицы. В целом, всё хорошо: тихо, спокойно, кондиционер работает, завтраки вполне хорошие. В моем номере была скрипучая кровать - вот и всё, к чему можно придраться. Номер большой, окнами выходит во двор."

"При заселении в номер подготовлен, чисто. Проблема - мебель. Часть сделана криво, шатается, иногда кажется что развалится. Ванная комната в чистоте, но в душе лейка узкая и из-за сильного напора помыться - то еще приключение. Но самое главное дверь в номер. Закрывалась только изнутри на щеколду, карточка к номеру имела предназначение показать охраннику внизу что ты действительно жилец отеля. Но при этом персонал приветливый, обходительный. Отелю есть над чем работать. За те деньги что просят...

"The hotel and the room were fine. Other than for breakfast, no restaurant was available. This may have been due to covid but there are some nice restaurants not too far from the hotel. In facct, I'd highly recommend the Park Café at Sovetskaya Ploschad. "
