"Upon our arrival, I walked into the reception area and was greeted by a very nice lady at the front desk. After nine hours on the road, I asked her about the hot tub. Her reply was we don't have a hot tub and none of the websites show us us having one. However, Hotels.com does, and I informed the lady at the front desk.
Too tired to think about booking somewhere else we made our way to our room. Upon opening the door, my travel mate commented upon the smell, musty and sour. Luckily, we brought air freshener with us, and so I set to freshening up the room. My travel mate went to go get us ice, and then discovered that the ice machine on the first floor, where we are and the second floor are broken. He had to go up to the third floor. We stayed here five months ago, and the machines were broken at that time too! I forgot that it was a less than optimal experience. But, in five months wouldn't you have fixed your ice machines? Hotels.com you need to do better. Fix your representation of this hotel in your site!"
