「Front desk lady was extremely helpful, friendly and polite. Love this hotel is clean and quiet! 」

「Staff good」

「Easy to park」

「So it was the cheapest hotel in and around Glasgow so we booked it. It advertised check in from 1400 onwards, and didnt say there was a time you couldnt check in afterwards with that. We had a day out, train was due back into Glasgow at 2143, got back around 2200, got a train to Hamilton West, walked to hotel, got there around 11, and we saw it was locked with no way in. 「Quaint, pretty room, friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast.」

「This was the best stay of our trip. I wish it were longer! Thank you」

「Great food, great room.」

It was rather dark around the entrance road to where the main door was but thankfully there were plenty of car spaces to choose from. The room was a good size, clean & warm room which was...

「We thought the room was very tastefully decorated and comfortable, with a nice view too. The staff were exceptionally helpful. The restaurant provided good quality food, with some interesting menu items that we enjoyed - pakora and haggis pastry with pepper sauce. We really enjoyed our stay.」

「Cosy room, comfortable bed, excellent TV and easy to cast my own entertainments. Self-laundry is very good, but if the app for it becomes more friendly should be excellent. Wish you expand your business to more cities.」
