「It was not as advertised. This is not a hotel. I'm not sure what it is exactly--some kind of spa with a couple of rooms they rent out for the night? The manager was there when we arrived and took us to our room. We never saw her again. The first night we heard another guest, but the second night we were the only ones in what felt like a ghost town. I was a little concerned about how secure we were. On the website it said there was a hot tub, and breakfast available. I don't know where the hot...

「The maid service was horrible! We were there 5 days and they cleaned our room twice! To avoid cleaning our room they would put the do not disturb sign on our door. We had to go down stairs and get our own towels. There were a huge staff of cleaning people.」

「We stayed here while on vacation. One night I was looking for some milk. I didn’t see any in the little shop. I asked the front clerk and she brought some out from the kitchen. Free of charge. That was so kind of her. Overall, our experience here was wonderful. Great location. Clean. Friendly staff. Huge, beautiful pool. The room service food was delicious. Right next to the parking lot is a beautiful view of the Colorado river running through Arches. We will definitely be staying here again.」
