「The food staff were lovely and very helpful. The reception staff acted like they were guests. They had no local info, barely lifts a finger to help and were pompous. We had walked the Dingle Way to get there and there seemed to be a sense that we were somehow below the other tourists. Or they just didn’t know what to make of us.
The housekeeping staff seemed to have forgotten our room.
The shower handle came off in my hand and the ac that switched on and off all night had something wrong...
