Ho alloggiato 3 notti nell’ appartamento, molto carino peccato però che non sia molto pulito, passavano a rifare il letto tutti i giorni ma a mio parere non cambiavano gli asciugamani, per quanto riguarda l’hotel visto solo durante il check-in e il check out sembra molto carino e pulito! Struttura comoda perché è situata in centro a due passi da tutto, personale molto disponibile e gentile; consiglio!

Het appartement was oké.
Bij aankomst bleek dat je geen parkeerplek kreeg als je dat niet van te voren had gereserveerd, terwijl bij de advertentie stond, dat je dat ter plekke eventueel kon doen.
Pas na een telefoontje van Expedia kregen we alsnog een parkeerruimte toe gedeeld.

Expérience décevante, a deconseiller
Expérience très décevante des notre arrivée... arrivés tard, nous avons pris les clés juste avant 10h (plus de réception après cette heure...). Après avoir rapidement dîné dans les environs, nous nous sommes installés dans la chambre. Si depuis la réservation, nous avions bien indiqués que nous serions 2 adultes et deux enfants, seul le lit principal avait été préparé... sans draps disponibles dans la chambre pour nos enfants! Bien entendu impossible de joindre qui que ce soit!
Après avoir déclaré le problème au personnel, les seules réponses ont été de chercher de (mauvaises) excuses sans jamais formellement s’en excuser...
Le personnel nous a même indiqué de se plaindre auprès de hotel.com car eux ne pouvaient rien faire...
Je ne parlerai pas de la salle de bain avec les serviettes non remplacées pendant toute la durée du séjour ni le gel douche vide le premier jour...
Je déconseille donc cet hôtel ainsi que ces appartements malgré le positionnement en plein cœur de Dinan

Not happy.
We had stayed in the actual hotel on the Wednesday and everything about it was great except the breakfast which was very average. We returned the following Saturday and stayed in one of the apartments. It was very poor standard. Looked like it wasn't finished. It had exposed fuse board, 2 sockets with 3/4 plugs in each, which is dangerous in my opinion. The shower unit was so small you could barely turn around in it. The double bed was up against a wall so the person on the inside had to climb over the person on the outside to get in and out. They have other apartments which I'm sure are better, but this one was bad. As I said he main hotel is lovely and would stay there again, but not the apartment.

My room was in an annex. I would rate this hotel somewhere between 1 and 2 stars. 3 reasons; 1- entry consisted of 2 metal keys (as opposed to magnetic cards) both attached to a golf ball. Not very convenient. 2- The shower may have been designed for a very skinny individual. This required some twisting to get in and out. 3- Some failed interior decorator hanged from the ceiling an "angel" ( an ugly one at that) 2 to 3 feet in size, that was staring at you at all times. The craziest decoration in any hotel I have ever seen.

Great stay!
Great location! A bit smelly in the bathroom due to old pipes (I think...). Quite a few stairs for families or elderly guests, but clean sheets and towels and not a speck of dust! Breakfast delivery to the door and easy parking! Overall great stay!

Great apartment in best location.
We stayed in an apartment down the street from the Hotel. It is down a short alley from one of the main streets in the old town. It was very quite but close to everything. We bought food from the Metroprix and ate breakfast in our room which was great. The hotel brought a basket of food for breakfast on one day and it was great. Our room was large and the bed very comfortable. It was cleaned every day. The furniture is old and was not comfortable and needs to be updated and the door to the shower was difficult to close and need replaced. But, there was plenty of things in the kitchen to use for meals. There is no elevator and the stairs are somewhat difficult so keep this in mind if you have mobility problems. The hotel staff was very helpful and spoke English very well. We reserved the parking space which made it so much easier to park. We would definitely stay here again.

Hôtel au coeur de la vieille ville
Chambre agréable, déco originale mais un peu chargée, confortable mais un peu sombre car en rez de chaussée, dans une impasse Mais bien placée : quartiers anciens, rues piétonnes. Seul inconvénient, signalé à l'hôtel : la ventilation assez bruyante.
