"The place was worst than shown on add. The check in was at 10:00 am but it was given to us at 2:30 , there was no toilet paper , dirty counter top , no mirror above the vanity sink , loose shower enclosure, insecure front door entry, dirty parking lot , dead “Bat” on the parking lot ground , rats running on the yard fence, the pool was nothing like shown on the add . The on site manager was helpful and friendly , but not knowledgeable enough about the hotel business "

"Location is between Oba and Mahmutlar - so you need to get a bus to visit these livelier areas for shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The bus service is very good so that's no problem. Rooms are a good size and clean, breakfast is good, they have a bar for the evenings. In the summer they have their own access to the beach which is a little rocky but still nice. Overall good value for what you pay. Would stay again but remember - not a lot going on around the hotel. "
