Ett nybyggt, rent och mycket fräscht hotell med en underbar utsikt. Rummen är stora och stilrena med sköna sängar. Personalen är otroligt vänlig och serviceminded och får en att känna sig varmt välkommen. Hotellet ligger endast cirka 10 minuters promenad från Ellas centrum. Nära till allt, men ändå ...

Great stay for nature lovers
Excellent stay at Ella Retreat! loved being so deep in nature and having the sound of the nearby waterfall. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Great spot for nature lovers.

The worst hotel in the entire universe..toilet smelling..gave used soap wrapped in tissue, no fridge, no vanity, broken shower head, to go to toilet, have to cross wet shower floor, flies sitting all over breakfast food, no tissue, no face towel, no hand towel, reception did not talk, did not provide ...
