Cheap and simple self service apartment, that was perfect for a short stay. The apartments are compact, but had everything you need, like coffee, tea, all kitchen utensils, stove, micro etc. Everything worked, and we felt very comfortable, even with staff hardly ever there. By the way, it was no problem at all checking in after 17, and we got an email with all information needed. And parking is free in the area. We would be very happy to use Apparteo again.

The résidence is close to two bus stops that can quickly take you to the city center of Dijon. The neighborhood is safe and student residence is quite calm. However, the hygiene of the studio is poor, there was hair in the shower wall, breadcrumbs on the floor near the table and even a forgotten underwear in one of the drawers. Due to the hygiene standards I wouldn’t recommend it, which is a shame because the studio itself is practical for a business stay.

Bon rapport qualité-prix. Quartier très tranquille. On est autonome. Attention en été pas de clim, c'est un peu étouffant. On court un peu après les couverts.

Très bon rapport qualité prix

Très facile d'accès, car procédure bien expliquée. On peut arriver tard. Extrêmement calme (c'est un gros plus !). Petit bémol : la chambre était décrite avec cafetière et grille-pain, je n'ai donc pas apporté mon matériel (j'aurais dû). La vaisselle est spartiate, mais on s'en sort. Je reviendrai.

J’ai séjourné dans cet appartement et j’ai été très déçu. L’appartement était très petit, il faisait très chaud et il n’y avait pas de climatisation ni même de ventilateur. De plus, l’accueil a été assez désagréable. Je ne recommande pas ce logement.

5 eme séjours dans l’établissement, habituellement je réserve une chambre pour 1 personne avec un lit 1 place, en revanche pour un couple c’est un studio confort avec un canapé lit 2 places inconfortable au plus haut point. Un conseil si le canapé est déplié à l’arrivé pourquoi ne pas mettre un lit 2 places, au moins pas de souci durant la nuit

Ce n'est pas ma première réservation dans cet établissement. Le seul bémol, LE MENAGE, suis je peut être trop exigeant , mais une salle de bain dans laquelle vous retrouver des cheveux absolument partout jusque sur la lunette des toilettes et que vous constater lors de votre douche que le siphon est bouchée a cause de la même problématique, les questions suivantes se posent : EST CE QU'UNE FEMME DE MANAGE PASSE NETTOYER ENTRE CHAQUE LOCATION ? EST CE QUE LA FEMME DE MENAGE S'EST FAIRE LE MENAGE ? J'espère sincèrement que pour mes prochaines réservations, LE MENAGE AURA ETE FAIT AVANT MON ARRIVEE

(+)Bien situé, pas loin du centre ville à pied. Studio sympa. Aucun probleme d'accès au batiment et à la chambre grâce aux renseignements données via sms/email en cas d'arrivée tardive. Bon tarif. (-)propreté moyenne (cheveux dans bac de couche, 1 cheveux collé sur la table près de la bouilloire. porte frigo à nettoyer. (frigo propre à l'intérieur je précise)

j'ai beaucoup apprécié l'équipement de l'appart confort, réfrigérateur micro onde bouilloire vaisselle couverts et autres ustensiles pour être comme chez soi pour ceux qui aiment cuisiner. Donc agréable surprise même si je ne m'en suis pas servi. Par contre j'ai reçu un texto me disant qu'après 17h il n'y aurait personne à l'accueil et que je devais récupérer les éléments pour entrer dans la chambre dans une enveloppe dans le coffre. Je suis arrivée après 17h je me suis orientée vers le coffre comme indiqué et rien dans le coffre. J'entends un "Bonjour" "Bonjour" finalement il y avait quelqu'un à l'accueil absent lors de mon passage devant l'accueil mais cet accueil n'était pas très sympa, j'avais l'impression d'être comme une voleuse .... Donc le seul bémol c'est l'accueil le reste est parfait.

studio avec propreté irreprochable, j' ai l' occasion de rencontrer un des membre du personnel entretien; très à l' écoute et dévouée.. au début , difficile de joindre un responsable au téléphone en fin de semaine§§(samedi)les infos nécessaires m' ayant été envoyées en retard par courriel ;;;mais le personnel d' acceuil s'est excusé..très apréciable avec quelque conseil pour découvrir , comprendre le prestige de Dijon par des habitants de la région;;surtout étant extérieure à la région!! studio calme!! le fait de la cuisinette(ou kicktchenette) a été déterminant pour moi ;;qui aime préparer repas d 'été..fait maison!!une impression d' de chez soi.. économique et sain!le centre ville n' est qu' à moins de 20mins à pied! ou par le T1( CHU )! je n' hésiterait pas à y revernir

Le calvaire... Chambre chaude, vis à vis 3 balcons à juste à côté de la fenêtre la fenêtre de votre voisin d'à côté qui donne sur votre lit impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre et d'être à l'aise... Pas d'intimité... Lit canapé inconfortable même pour une nuit c'est dur de le supporter... Revenant à la chaleur qui habite la chambre, j'ai laissé la fenêtre ouverte dès mon arrivée, on est sorti car impossible de se reposer dans la chaleur on a préfère aller faire un tour et revenir une fois la chambre aérée... En vain, vers 23h toujours chaude alors qu'il fait frais dehors... Même avec la fenêtre ouverte la chaleur préfére resté dedans... La chaleur kif la chambre 😓 Sinon la chambre est petite trop petite mais propre, douche nickel, coin cuisine nickel... conclusion : J'ai payé pour mettre mes affaires et prendre une douche 😷😁

Good place for the price

Good value for money, not far from the city center, free parking in the street, the area feels safe. Clean inside, easy check in. Negative points could be lack of double bed (although the sofa was confy enough) and air conditionning.
