「Hotel had no record that we were coming. Room wasn't ready. No restaurant as advertised. No food available. Not even drinks. No lock on accessible balcony door. Not a good area which was reflected by the high gates and padlocks. Did not even check in. Left immediately. 」

It s located well outside Kandy and which was great after the visit of Kandy town with all the traffic and noises. Coming back to the hotel was so relaxing . The room is quite big and very clean. 「Sehr schönes Hotel in einer alten Teefabrik. Herausragend war die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Das Essen war herrvorragend und die Zimmer sehr sauber. Wir bekamen eine Führung in der Teefabrik wo uns der Teeprozess erklärt und gezeigt wurde. Auch eine Wanderung wurde angeboten. Alles in allem nur zu empfehlen!! Bei der Hinfahrt ist es besser nach dem Weg zu fragen. Google maps führt woanders hin. 」
