The room was big and had good facilities. The price per night was good. The staff were nice and polite. Unfortunately the bathroom was a wet room, which I don't like, meaning that the shower was not enclosed in a cubicle. If you didn't have a quick shower, the water went into the room itself. You had to leave the water running before it got warm.

Very nice

Very nice, quiet Hotel with everything that you need to relax and enjoy your stay. The staff is very kind and helpful. The rooms are clean and its close to the center and beach.

Ich rate euch dringend von dieser Unterkunft abzusehen. Katastrophale und Menschenwürdige Bedingungen die unseren Traumlaub zu einem Albtraum führten. Betten waren nicht sauber teilweise Flecken .. Schimmel in der gesamten Unterkunft sowie eine Toilette wo die Dusche keine Kabine hatte. Verstopfte Toilette (man hat uns vorgeworfen das wir es waren und wollten 3.500 TL dafür) Handtücher nass sowie Bettwäsche. Man hat es begründet das die Trockner defekt waren. Die Mitarbeiter junge ahnungslose die nicht Service und Lösungsorientiert waren. Wir haben nach 2 Tage uns eine andere Unterkunft ausgesucht. Bitte bitte bitte nicht hingehen ihr blamiert euch selbst!!!

Otele saatinde giriş yapmamıza rağmen oda temiz değildi. Temiz olmayan yerleri belirterek tekrar temizlenmesini rica ettik. Yaklaşık 1 saat sonra odanın temizlendiği söylenip tekrar kontrol ettiğimiz zaman, belirttiğimiz hiçbir şeyin yapılmadığını gördük. Bizimle beraber başka musterilerinde benzer sıkıntılar yaşadığını ve otelden ayrıldığını gördük. Biz de rezervasyonumuzu iptal edip başka otele geçtik. Tüm süreç neredeyse 3 saatimize mâl oldu ve tatilimizin ilk günü çöpe gitti.

⸻ Enttäuschender Aufenthalt – nicht empfehlenswert Ich war sehr enttäuscht von meinem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Zimmer waren extrem klein, dreckig und wirkten unhygienisch. Die Möbel sind alt und abgewohnt, was dem ganzen Raum ein unangenehmes Gefühl gibt. Für den Preis habe ich definitiv mehr erwartet. Das Besteck und die Gläser im Restaurant waren nicht ordentlich gereinigt – einfach unhygienisch. Auch die Poolanlage machte keinen sicheren Eindruck, was für Familien mit Kindern besonders problematisch ist. Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis überhaupt nicht. Ich würde dieses Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Otel konumu odaları olsun aslında çok güzel çalışanlar elinden geleni yapıyor ilgili yardımsever fakat çalışan ile ilgili değil de yönetenler bence iyi değil. Odalarda dolap olmaması,kahvaltı su,kahve ikramı dahi olmaması bence eksik. Asansör olmaması da bir eksi maalesef. Oda temizdi güzel kokuyordu ama gider sıkıntılıydı gider yeri,balkon yerler kıl doluydu. Oda temizliği isteğe bağlı oluyormuş bu da çok saçma. Biraz yenilenmeleri lazım

Biz ailece 1 gece konakladık. Bahçe manzaralı oda olmasına rağmen deniz manzaralı oda geldi şansımıza. Geçen sene de burda 2 gün kalmıştık o zaman odamız daha küçüktü bu biraz şans meselesi sanırım. Otelin eksikleri kahvaltıda su olmaması, istemeden alamıyorsunuz. Asansör yok biz 4 katı yürüyerek çıktık anne babam biraz zorlandı. Odalarda mini buzdolabı olmaması da pek iyi değil. Onun dışında fiyat performans olarak oldukça başarılı. Biz öyle temizlik sorunu da yaşamadık. Altınkuma yürüme mesafesinde biz 10 dk yürüyüşle vardık. Önünde park yeri bulabiliyorsunuz.
