I guess I have been spoiled by the all inclusive resorts in the Caribbean and Mexico.
The resort staff are very helpful and friendly to guest, however the front desk staff needs training on customer relations. I had a problem with the room safe not working and spoke to the front desk. They told me the bell boy will take care of it. The bell boy came and looked at the safe and determined the batteries are dead. He asked me to wait while he went for new batteries. After an hour wait he did not show up and I went down to the beach.
O went to the front desk and spoke to the night manager and he said he will take care of it. I ask on instructions on how to operate the safe and was told the bell boy is the only one with that information and he has gone for the day. He said he will get him over when he gets back in the next day.
I am still waiting for the bell boy to show up.
The food was good but it seems to be recycled from lunch to dinner and back.
Other than the one incident with the room safe I had a good stay. I did not use the pool as the water was freezing at 68 degrees.
The beach was the same temperature so I stayed out of the water there also. There were lots of sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach.
It would be nice if the resort partners with transportation to get guests to and from the airport. We did not see that option when reserving our stay there.
Night time entertainment was lacking.
