Fabulous faded elegance, breakfast fantastic spread for every culture. Staff couldn’t do enough for you. Will definitely recommend and go again . Loved it.

Poor value, rooms ok, otherwise not meeting its stars. USD 55 for mediocre chicken and fries with a small bottle of water, that is just bad even in UAE standards.

The staff was very friendly. We have stayed in other 5* hotels like Fairmont Dubai and compared to these hotel this hotel should be a 2-(3)* hotel. The room was clean but several things were not working in the room. The food in the Fish Restaurant was from good to to very bad. One dish was send out. It's clearly a hotel that focus on quantity of guests and not quality

The building is well maintained and renovated, my only issue really was the food quality.
Food quality in their main restaurant was not the best, breakfast options are limited / the quality is poor. Even though the dinner buffet is below average, the food was bland and lacked quality. Seems like cheap buffet food.
The staff was kind and the facility is well-maintained and looks new

This is def not a 5 star hotel. I mean i love fairmont in general but this one was a major disappointment. BREAKFAST was absolutely horrible. The only good thing really was the spa, except also there was no ladies sauna.

No service at the pool, no service at the restaurant. Staff were unprofessional. There were pipes coming out of the ground on the beach! Complete disaster

My analysis of this hotel is on the basis of it claiming 5 star status. The hotel was decent, but not 5 star resort. It is a 3.5, possibly 4 star at best.
The staff was helpful and friendly. It seemed to be wonderful for families with children. Breakfast was fine and so was the dinner buffet.
I think the resort could do with an update or refresh, especially with competition like The Address and Inter Continental close.
The beach and water access area is very small. The vacationers upstairs kept rolling their chair across the floor.
There is a makeup mirror in the office desk but their is no light to do make up. Patio lounge chairs did not have cushions, nor were they in the closets.
Curtains had food stains.
The Hotel is fair but lacked the fully attention to detail or luxury amenities to be considered 5 stars.

Pros: Check in and check out was super fast. Rooms are spacious, clean and well decorated. The hotel is well maintained and in a good location.
Improvements
1. Basement Self Parking: Not enough parking spaces for basement self parking. You need more covered spaces for car parking. It was difficult to find a spot for self parking in the basement.
2. Adults Pool: I was expecting a bigger adults pool. It’s only 1.30m deep. Not big enough for a good swim.
3. Breakfast at Casa: I ordered a latte a few times and didn’t get it. You need more staff at Casa during breakfast. It gets really crowded in the morning and it’s a bit chaotic.
