The only unknown I had was the food before arriving but the food was very good, even when we didn't fancy something on the menu they were very happy to make something up for us! 「Absolutely loved it, the staff is extremely helpful by having in mind that I missed one day and arrived the next due to the flight cancellations. The hosts are very welcoming, you get everything you need even if you are alone, safety, security and arrangements you request. 「Firstly, we had a great welcome at the port, our luggage was loaded onto a buggy and we were brought to The Bilimbi. It was well presented, extremely clean and clear request to leave shoes outside which was safe. The room was spacious with a kettle and hairdryer, cups etc. Very spacious and comfortable bed, clean sheets etc. The staff were very welcoming, even though there was a language barrier with some staff, it didnt matter. 「I liked the elevator to reach my room on the third floor. I also liked being close to the Red Wave supermarket in the area. However, my room was pretty noisy both at night and in the early morning. There were strange noises coming from upstairs early morning. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful.」
