「My stay was marred by poor service here. Staff: lack of proactivity & no smiles. I had to follow up with the reservation team for seaplane arrangements, but Shanna, never read my questions carefully. Her responses felt scripted and unhelpful, which was incredibly frustrating. I eventually had to call the hotel directly to request a manager’s assistance. The dining experience was also disappointing. The food quality was subpar, with a menu primarily consisting of Indian dishes and only a limited...

「Early seaplane time is9:15,but they told me I have to check out at 8:15.breakfast stat from 7:30.someone ask for luggage around 8 o’clock outside room,and waited for clean with cleaner staff . I waited in lobby until 9:30 but no other comes in lobby,after 10minuted another couple came. After 10minutes boat came. Don’t know why ask us for so early check out and so long waiting.but another couple they didn’t wait. Nothing special but nice sea 」
