「We felt in love with the hotel, the room, the neighbourhood and especially with the stuff (Ayu, Bohdana and Abdel). The do a very good job, they have such a beautiful soul with a special heart! 「We travel a fair amount and have never been taken care of so well. The owner greeted us warmly, gave us an overview (and a map!) of the neighbourhood with the best places to shop and eat. The room was impeccable, well-appointed and had all amenities one would expect plus extras. We had a lovely stay and an to come back to Crete with friends and stay at Palazzo di Pietro again.
