Dharavandhoo is nice although pretty quiet. Wish had more available food, shopping and hotel options. The island being remote allows it to maintain its natural beauty.

This hotel is outstanding. The location is great, the hotel provides all the amenities you need (snorkeling equipment, kayaks, boats etc.), and the staff cannot be more courteous and helpful. The food was good and varied and the rooms spacious and clean - but who spends time in the room?!

Dharavandhoo Mosque is just one of the places to see in Dharavandhoo, so why not enjoy the other things to explore during your travels? Stroll along the seaside or visit the spas in this romantic area.

Dharavandhoo is a local island which is very different than a resort island. In Dharavandhoo please educate yourself on the culture and religion so you can plan your trip accordingly. For example there are limited areas for bikinis & no alcohol.
