「There was only small cubes of melon and frozen berries, not good . There was banana etc , but not a good choice otherwise . But the rest was. Very exceptable .」

「It's a very friendly hotel. The room was clean & cozy. The restaurant also very good and I didn't need to find a place to eat. Excellent for a night or two and explore the nearby area.」

「Arrived at the hotel after a 4 hour journey, pub was closed. Called the number, member of staff said they’d come down and let us in but then called back 2 minutes later to say no room available. There was also no parking available despite the website saying it has parking available. Still haven’t heard anything about cancellation or refund. Do not recommend!」

「Firstly, the food was excellent. Breakfast was lovely and the supper we had on one night was superb. However, check in was rather odd - the hotel was closed (at 5pm) so we rang the number on the door. We were greeted with….’We’re not open to the public but I’ll check you in’ - not quite a welcoming experience! We were shown to the room and then there was a comment of ‘there’s sometimes a problem with the hot water up here…but you should be ok’ - what a bizarre thing to say to new guests! The...

「Absolutely lovely. The accommodation is excellent - a superior barn conversion. Really fabulous on a working farm. Hen Curtis was very friendly as well as her dogs Fido (retired sheep dog) Jumble mixed Labby/Poodle, Pinto young sheep dog. All love a good bit of stroking (not Hen!!!!). Relaxing place to be with great walks on and around the farm. Not to be missed.」
