"Nice hotel for the area, room was clean, but common areas like hallway and elevators not tidy"

"Wife & I only went for a break from kids & grandchildren that had moved in with us, not thinking it was the day before easter & there were dozens of kids running around. That would not have been a problem except there were between 20 & 30 teens & preteens in the pool area running in and out. The entrance for the pool area is about 50 feet from the front desk and the floor was completely wet all through. My wife almost fell, I helped keep her from falling then my legs slid out popping my knee out. The person behind the desk came out with towels to put on the floor doing the twist attempting to dry it. About 45 minutes later we came back down to check out and they finally had wet floor signs out and it had been mopped. We checked in around 4:30 PM and checked out around 7:PM to get my knee checked, no offer of a discount on a future stay or anything even though the people at the desk saw what happened. Not our best experience."

"I wish I would’ve called ahead to know they accepted pets, my fault, but it wasn’t listed on here. Property was amazing and amenities were fantastic. "

"Our stay was excellent the staff presented themselves in a manner that was greater then any hotel staff we have witnessed. The made us feel comfortable, like we’re just as important as the next person, the young lady attending to the breakfast preparation was very friendly, didn’t have any problems with parking, our room was very clean the cleaning staff was great. They gave us towels with out having a attitude that OTHER hotel staff shows."
