Thank you for contacting me and having a conversation with me over the phone; in regards to your claim. As I informed you, there is inadequate evidence with your claim. Be assured, cleanliness and the best practices that we follow for cleanliness is our top priority; we will continue to provide nothing less than this. Our property has high measures with all linen and towels placed in our rooms; as these items are inspected by our laundry attendant, housekeeping member who is serving the room, as well as our housekeeping executive, who is inspecting the room to ensure it is up to standards. I met with the appropriate individuals to discuss this claim and it was determined that this is impossible, as the housekeeper recalls servicing this specific room. I am sorry to inform you but a full refund (what you were looking for) is not possible for this claim.
