it had a smello mildew there on the restaurant they said they had. it was like they was serving frozen dinners then also where they had like the snack bars with drinks and like things like noodles or chips was ridiculously high $8 for a bottle of water was insane. $5 for a $0.30 pack of noodles was insane. it was just a little too pricey and the places and giving what what they were charging

Bad room conditions. Bathroom you needed to run the water for a good 5 to 10 minutes for it to get hot. Dirty stain in shower tub. Slow drain in bathroom sink. Stains in carpet. Ripped furniture.

The staff was awesome and the rooms were clean. The breakfast situation was a bit misleading. The had a restaurant on site and you can pay for breakfast. It was subpar. Only one person working in the kitchen at the time of my stay so the wait time was fairly long. The remote in my room did not work for the duration of my stay and even had someone come in to try to fix it with no success. I was unable to watch television for all 3 nights. The Shuttle to and from the airport was smooth sailing and no issues we arrived for a late check in at almost midnight and still had no shuttle issues. The amenities were unavailable due to “renovations “ we were told the renovations have been going on for a while so it was disappointing to not know about it prior to arrival. Overall the stay was decent, clean, nice staff, and does offer food. Perfect for someone just dropping in for a night or so but not long term in my opinion until renovations are complete.

My worst experience at this hotel was on the first day. I smelled a strong odor of alcohol in my room, specifically on the sixth floor, and also in the hallway. I was worried about my children because the smell was very strong from night until morning. The bathrooms weren't clean; the water in the sinks didn't flow easily. It was a very bad experience. And very annoying noises and sounds of construction work

I partially picked this place BECAUSE it had a restaurant open till posted hours, location and price as well. I arrived late but within the posted hours - restaurant closed. No grab and go options. Nothing nearby to get food or drinks EXCEPT the OTHER nearby hotel The Hilton Garden Inn. They have a nice lobby with food and drink (and grab and go as well) and friendly staff - it feels way nicer there - I would have spent the extra $ for the Hilton if I knew. The Radisson is outdated and just "meh" after a long trip it felt diminishing. I seemed safe tho and I survived it. Thanks for the safe Haven.

I had a very disappointing experience at Radisson Hotels. There were ants in the room, which was extremely unhygienic and unacceptable. Additionally, the blinds were broken, making the stay even more uncomfortable. I expected much better standards from a brand like Radisson, but unfortunately, this visit did not meet basic expectations.

Booked a king, called the hotel and told them I was arriving late. When I got there they had given out all the king rooms (beds) and stuck me with a 2 bed twin room. Not what I booked. Then, when I got to my wonderful twin bed room, the drapes wouldn't close and I had lights blasting in on me all night and then of course the sun in the morning. The staff blamed it on "construction". I'm not sure how "construction" prevents drapes from closing.

The front desk staff was not friendly....the room was ok...but no hair dryer and not enough towels. ...and couldnt get more towels because "the room is locked where they keep them !!" It was fine for the night before our flight....but wont book again

There was no free breakfast. They over charge at their restaurant. It’s also under construction and they start at 8am-9am all the way til 6pm. Also $4 for a bottle of water. They charge $2.50 for a small cup of coffee that you get free in your room
