「The bed frame is very noisy」

「The staff and team were all amazing and went out of their ray to be helpful. The breakfast was great and consistent. Pool and hot tub were clean and available. I would stay here anytime! 」

「We leave the room on Sunday, expecting to have clean towels and clean room. That was not the case, we have to go and get clean towels, no fresh water. The mattresses must be more than 10 years old, the pillow horrible. I can’t imagine how did you give this place “excellent “ reviews. We use this hotel many years ago, nothing to do with the states of the beds this time around.」

「I decided to stay here because I thought it was quaint and nice and while both of those are true there were certain things that I'm used to from standard hotels that just were not present. 「Everything in the hotel is amazing from room to staff to pool area breakfast was amazing and the lady that was there on 04/07/2026 around 9am serving the breakfast putting it out she was so helpful and very friendly the fact also that the hotel had Coffee,Tea, Hot Chocolate, for free all day all night was absolutely Amazing!!! 「When we arrived the pool heater had been broke and was under repair. One of the reasons we chose to stay here for the kids to be able to swim. It would of been nice if we were contacted or notified ahead of time by management via email, text, anything that this was the situation. 」
