「The lodge is amazing and we got to see elephants during the day and night next to our room. They quoted us a ridiculous amount for transport from/to Vic Falls so we had to make our own way there for a third of the price. There were more people going to Vic Falls the same day so I feel they could make an effort to make transport easy, fair and eco-friendly for their guests.
Apart from that, we loved the lodge and the safari experience was amazing. We would have loved to stay more nights. Patrick...

「- the entrance atmosphere felt a bit cold as the half of the common area including the lobby was under renovation
- they called us multiple times late evening and early morning to confirm safari details e.g. time or dietary requirements for the lunchbox.. all of this could have been done upon checkin (which we asked) instead of their convenience of time
- email responses weren’t particularly helpful so we had to repeat or chase for a few times
- upon checkin, they informed that the breakfast...
