「I had an issue with the AC as I arrived. Staff at reception were accommodating and I was moved to a lower floor unit that the AC worked better. Still it wasn't as cooler as I like to sleep. Staff at buffet very accommodating and helpful. I wish AC was cooler.」

「Good location meant an easy walk to the old town and castle. Very close to retail shops if that’s your thing to. Underground parking for a fee was a bonus as we were touring on a motorbike, so it was nice and safe.」

「Preciosa propiedad.」

「La ubicación excelente」

「Food was amazing, cleanliness very good and comfort was also good my only complaint would be service, Fawlty towers springs to mind for those of you that remember it, service was painfully slow. It's quite a secluded place and great if you just want to relax we found it to be more akin to an old folks home tbh but it didn't bother us as we weren't there during the day, the pool would have been good if it was clean though. 」

「Excellent」

Volveremos!!!」

「Excelente ubicacion」

「Agradable y relajante」

「When I went there in the morning to leave a case I was dismayed to find a lot of steep steps. However going back in the afternoon to check in I asked if there was somewhere to leave my mobility walker I was given a key to access the building and use a lift. Excellent. We overcame my lack of Spanish.」
