「We are so disappointed of this Hotel, I stay at this hotel for five night but only three days have cleaning and two night are missing ! From the first day haven’t cleaned, I have already go down to reception to complain and strongly request the cleaning requirement. but end up it happen again!」

「被安排到一間最低質、空間超細的開放式房間205.1，二樓向城景，首晚零晨全層斷電過多小時，開陽台門通風，車輛噪音加上鄰居說話滋擾，床墊質低承托力差，空調聲大成噪音，整夜失眠，早上要求換房不果，唯有退房另找其他酒店，多花近千澳元，以往多次入住，一房兩房高層向海比較好！」

「早上清潔員工禮貌有代改善，地點位置不錯，房間冷氣比較嘈，大床我覺得不太舒適，大堂接代員是為一最滿意。」

「就是普通的住宿旅館，還算是乾淨的，不挑剔的人可以選擇，只是洗澡蓮蓬頭是固定在牆上不能自己手拿移動這點比較扣分，而且水量小了點，還有房間內是撲地毯的，會介意的記得自己帶拖鞋」

「The staffs are kindess and helpful. The location is just nearby the rundle mall (the heart of city). There're two supermarkets and shops by 5 mins walk. It's easier to take the public transporation such as bus, free tram. Also, the Adelaide Zoo, Central Market, China Market is nearby the hotel. We take about 15 minutes by walk. We'll stay at the Majestic Roof Garden Hotel for next time.」

「The hotel is a little out of the way. Car parking is very limited onsite and they have offsite parking a good 5 minute walk. Not great when its raining. Room did not get vacuumed at all in the 4 nights we were there. The hotel is fairly new and great for the price.」
