「spent 6 night here - convenient location, friendly staff, comfortable bed. there was some mixed up at check-in but was fixed quickly. the only thing is the "fixed-rate" taxi advertised in the hotel information. the "fixed-rate" was supposed to be 30 NZD, but we were charged 54 in the end. 「Great modern spacious accommodation. Stayed in a king studio unit with city view. Bed and linen excellent and great to have kitchenette facilities too to self cater. Only negative was that the TV was not in sight of the bed so was not able to relax after a long day in bed watching TV. Also there was only 1 chair (no couch) to sit on so hubby had to sit on one of the dining chairs. Other than that service and stay was excellent Great location central to main eating hub of Wellington.」

「The conditions of the room is far from satisfactory. The blind in one of our rooms was broken and I could see dead bugs on the blind. The water pressure in one of our bathrooms is not high enough so we couldn't have a proper shower in the bathroom. The water would become cold near the end of the shower. We informed the staff of these problems and they took care of them immediately. The overall experience was good, though.」
