「This hotel does not have the best reviews online. Nevertheless, our stay was a pleasant one. We visited for the eclipse, so the property was fully booked. They had extra staff and made an effort by handing out goodie bags including eclipse glasses. The room was clean and the staff was helpful. Hopefully, this is a sign that the hotel is turning a corner. 」

Breakfast on the deck was simply joyful. The rooms are well appointed and very clean and tidy. Breakfast was home cooked with fresh and local ingredients. 「This was a beautiful hotel. The view of the lake was amazing. The breakfast buffet was definitely worth it. The heated pool was not very warm. There were no recycle bins in guest room or anywhere else that were visible.」

「What a beautiful place! Close to a lake, with different amenities (even though not all available during low season) and breakfast. Easy parking. We had the room with windows on top. Great stay with big bathroom/shower and very comfortable bed. The common area is very nice and very close to town too.」
