「A great place to stay in khiva! We really enjoyed the stay and the room was very comfortable, cozy and clean!
My only note is the water pressure to shower wasn’t great but does that really even matter?」

「Disappointing stay overall. On arrival, the staff couldn’t find my reservation, and communication was poor, making check-in stressful. Before arriving, I tried to arrange a car transfer but received little to no response and eventually gave up.
The room did not match the description online and had a noticeable smoke smell, which made it uncomfortable. The bedding was also inadequate—we were given a duvet cover with no duvet inside, and it wasn’t large enough to cover two people as it appeared...
