「Windsor Lodge Is a cosy hotel right next to the Ranikhet Golf course .The positives are large , well appointed rooms , excellent service , view of the Himalayas in winter . Rooms have air conditioning which is rare in Ranikhet and useful in the day in summer months . Ideal location for long walks and relaxing . The only negative is high food prices though I must add the food is really good」

Trek to mountain shrine safe and fun with the help of hotel guide. Afternoon high tea with entertainment and games, outstanding! Breakfast offered choices of food from Asia and Europe. 」

「I have stayed for 2 nights, the location and views are perfact however there is lot of room for improvement in the operation. Attention should be paid to cleanliness of the room. The quilts and linen should be comfortable. Water should be available 24 hrs. Proper breakfast should be available and served.」
