「Good house, from external look old. But once you enter the house, wow So good, facility perfect. Can accomodate 8 person, my family love it. House is clean, have washing machine, water dispenser. Strongly recommend for big family- location wise also strategic」

You can park your car at 5th floor with access card. the location is very good and convinence where the shopping mall just below the stay. 1 thing shall be improved is the funitures were aged but still valueable, especially for a family or friends.」

「Great location & beach. Very disappointed with the condition of the property, very run downed. We can see that the property had good bones but just not maintained well. No property toiletries provided I.e face/hand towels, shampoo & conditioners. Aircond had leaks. Doors & windows leading out to the beach was broken. A lot of red ants all over the property. 」

「Its near Imago shopping mall, one of the largest in Kota Kinabulu. You have to contact the hotel before arrival coz there s no front desk. There is a great breakfast on ground floor and a 24-hour supermarket.」

「I like the place. very nice, very clean. The housekeeping & reception as well as the staff at the bar are very friendly and because of that i feel very welcomed whereby I invited many of my friends to stay there again a few days after my first visit. BUT on my second visit with my friends we are disappointed when the property don't offer banana boat ride anymore because they said that they don't have a driver. Some of my friends come to try the banana boat. So we said that's fine, we'll play...

「房子的位置很好，靠近海边（当然看不到景）旁边就是商场也有海鲜食街。房间还算大，但沙发有好大的污迹我根本不敢坐，应该铺个沙发巾既美观又好打理。厕所很大但灯泡不够亮感觉有点阴森。所以整体评价是3星，不太推荐。」

「Worth the money as 2 bed room for 2 nights can stay up to 5 people. Property condition was understandable not perfect but not that bad. Free parking (1 car park), 1 set of access card. The location was easy to find food from G floor, got grocery shop and shopping centre across the street. The unit I got not include microwave. Contact PIC easy and fast reply.」

「このアパートは現在工事中です。朝8時から夜6時まで工事の音が非常にうるさい。プールも半分は工事中。チェックインの際チェックアウトの仕方を教えてくれなかった。部屋にはインターネットも電話もなく、フロントもないので連絡のつけようがない。アメニティもなく、トイレットペーパーの補充もない。トイレは午前中に下水の匂いがする。 ホテルズドットコムに連絡したが、スタッフの対応が最悪だった。チャットは途中で切られるし、折り返しの電話をリクエストしたが、なかった。帰国後電話したが長時間待たされて繋がらない。 お部屋はまあまあだったが、まだゲストを泊まらせる状態ではないのでは？ このような部屋を紹介しないで欲しい。」
