Renovation work is taking place however we had no noise or any issues at all, staying on 21st floor facing south. Pool area is still under renovation too but having free use of Scarborough Beach Pool with laudered pool towels compensates perfectly for this. My only concern was parking - if you need this, book in advance. I had not realised that was required and had to street park which turned out ok as I was there mostly over the weekend. "
