「Ac did not work」

「Very good hotel for Mako area. Bit difficult to locate due to street variances, but worth the effort. Friendly reception staff. Offered valet parking which I declined for my rental car. Limited secured parking looked full in AM, but good sized adjacent public parking was available. Room was quiet and above average size with high ceilings and good view of park. Continental breakfast was slightly above average.」

「This place is 4 stars, but we stayed in the old part. The room was big with a balcony. But the couch was old and tired. The minibar was noisy. What brought up the 4 star experience was access to the sauna and Jaquzzi. And wonderful receptionist 👌」

「We have stayed here for many years in the past and always enjoy the atmosphere. We had not been there for a few years and were happy to be back. For the most part the staff is friendly and helpful. We appreciated the lovely garden with pool and small restaurant on site, the generous breakfast, and the quiet neighborhood that is still a convenient walking distance from the center of town.
