「Alain/Alan was helpful & spoke good English explaining entry/exit etc when reception unmanned. He helped arrange secure parking @ their companion hotel (€15) a short walk away. Room was small and dark but clean with no wardrobe or storage apart from a table and up 3 flights of stairs. Breakfast was €8.50 and decent, served @ the busy bar below. Lovely location too.」

「The hotel room was roasting hot, obviously because of the weather, but a fan would have been helpful in lieu of any air conditioning. The bathroom window was rather exposing when in the shower - the privacy filter didn't cover enough of the window!」

「We were doing a late checkin, but after multiple calls and emails they wouldnt give us the checkin details. So had to take a extra days leave just to reach before 7pm. We stayed on one of the hottest days in Nancy, temperatures were around 39 degrees and we didnt know they dont have airco and no proper ventillation, we were cooked. I wanted to watch football on TV but my laptop screen is bigger than the TV provided. I had to leave after the 1st day and book somewhere else. The room looks...
