「Five stars is not enough for this gem of a hotel. Before we arrived Benjamin was attentive and helpful. When we arrived we had a fantastic tour of the hotel and its Onsen Spa and pool. We met the pets and were able to explore to our hearts content. Our room(s) was beautifully decorated, well thought out, clean and spacious, with lovely views over the gardens. The children were made to feel incredibly welcome and enjoyed using the pool and spa. The onsen is particularly special, magical even....

「Sehr abweisender Empfang durch einen Herrn an der Rezeption. Das Zimmer war direkt unter dem Dach und winzig klein. Als wir eine Nacht verlängern wollten, wurden wir von einer Madame an der Rezeption unfreundlich behandelt. Nicht zu empfehlen!! Lage ist allerdings sehr zentral.」

「The location is good. Brit hotels are normally next to the train station and it's what I need when traveling alone, but it's of course it's not the best service and isolated from the touristic scene, but not far also.」

「Wow, what a room we had. We stayed in the family suite. It was huge and would recommend you stay here. There is no A/C in the room but the huge windows helped with the breeze. There were a few things that was not great but the room made up for it. If we would have known we would of stayed more nights. The Chateau has a vineyard attached to it, and we were able to walked and watched the harvesting of the grapes. The few things we encountered were when we arrived early, we were told that there...

「Parking easy. Room was amazing food was wonderful. Cannot fault it but it is a destination stay. We only stayed one night so am not sure what was around it. There were a few different groups when were there but we got excellent service.」

「This hotel is a little out of the very center of Cluny but only by a 15 minute walk (from which we discovered we could watch horse jumping practices at the Haras). The area is fine, not as picturesque as other parts. Our room was spacious, with a nice, new bathroom; the pillows were unusually thick (i.e. comfy) for French pillows. Staff were friendly and parking was easy.」

「Alles was volledig naar wens. Behalve toen we savonds gingen zwemmen moesten we zo snel mogelijk buiten het hotel langs de tuin naar het zwembad. Drinken bestellen was opeens onmogelijk dan maar niets meer gedronken, nochtans had men mij bij het buiten sturen beloofd dat het restaurant personeel voor drinken ging zorgen. Dit klopte niet helemaal. Savonds voelde we ons niet meer zo welkom. Wel een mooi hotel en gezellig hotelletje.」
