The one lady took me around the hotel showing me an alternative room while the other lady found empty rooms on the computer. I have forgotten the lady's name that took me around the hotel, but she knows who she is. I told the manager on reception how helpful she was. Thank you, you made my stay memorable. Amazing staff, from reception to room service to the porters. Hopefully, I will return. "
