「So very helpful, it was my first trip having to use a wheelchair because of illness. Staff was Great 😃 The ability to get around was easy, places to eat etc and now the cronulla sharks club is open it should be even better!」

「Guests get $15 dining credit for no requiring housekeeping」

「Staff is helpful」

「A bit disappointed that I was located on 2/F which overlooked the terrace with people walking in front of me, though my room was upgraded to 1 bedroom apartment. However my sister and husband who arrived on 9th was upgraded to 2 a bedroom on 8/F and they were very pleased with it. Overall I'm very pleased with your hotel and will continue to book in the future」

「Nice hotel」

「The door to the property was wide open on arrival, we felt unsafe given it had been left open and did not stay. Host was uncontactable.」

「Wifi speed is bad...dryer not working, but others are excellent」
