「IHG hotels are always reliable, and this one was no exception. The hotel is located in a quiet area, and everything was clean and tidy. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. However, the soundproofing was poor — I could clearly hear footsteps from the room above. In addition, the air conditioning was quite noisy, which affected the overall comfort of the stay.」

「The property was well equipped. The only irritant was the one cup coffee machine. The bed was great for a tall people! A full size refrigerator was a bonus. We would have cleaned the dishes if soap was provided for the dish washer! We would recommend this Micro Boutique for anyone visiting Fredericton! 」
