「這次住宿三天兩夜，櫃檯服務人員對於住宿介紹很詳細，態度親切，安排了極佳的高樓層，視野遼闊，清潔，設備完善。非常棒的住宿體驗。入住有問題時，可以即刻處理，服務很有效率。是值得推薦的好飯店。」

「We had a stay for 5 days and 4 nights. Everything was great except the cleaning service. Every time we got back to our hotel room, the condition was terrible. It was uncleaned and untidied. The blanket and bed sheet were everywhere as if somebody just slept on it. No change of towels. Surface was never wiped. Very disappointed. 」

「飯店的位置很方便, 室內空間寬敞且傢電齊全, 洗衣機及洗碗機都有提供洗衣粉等等, 有任何需要都可以再跟飯店人員聯絡. 整體我是非常喜歡！ 只是有幾個缺點如下: 我們是選有包打掃的房租, 但有時候沒有舖床或補備品, 2間浴室其中一間的抽風機應該是壞掉, 有反應給飯店但可能沒辦法馬上修理, 浴室洗澡的水量相對較小, 但還可以接受. 我會推薦來墨爾本玩的朋友來住的 我自己如果再來墨爾本來也會再來住的」
