「This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with front desk staff. One woman, Erica, stared me up and down before speaking, acted cold and controlling, and made me feel judged and unwelcome. During meals, staff hovered every few minutes asking “Are you ready?” while I was still eating, which was exhausting. The food was mediocre, the room outdated, and the atmosphere non-existent — no music, no vibe. The male manager was more knowledgeable, the housekeeper was incredibly kind, and...
