"Just spent 5 nights at this resort, everything was up to expectations. Breakfast was good and had a different menu on each morning. Overall wonderful, the fruit bar was excellent fresh fruits. "

"Upon arrival, I was greeted by a lovely staff member and the check-in process did not take long. (Have cash handy to pay for a governmental tax). The view is breathtaking but I wish the room condition was better. By “not clean enough”, I don’t mean that there were obvious piles of trash. No no, it’s just that some areas could use more attention for better hygiene and health safety. The sink needed some deep cleaning because you could see a bunch of white residues all over the faucet. I tried to wipe down but chemicals with a brush would do a better job. Same thing for the shower head. When I used a towel to get up there, a bunch of blue things were coming out. Then, I let the shower run hot for a while before getting in. The kitchenette wasn’t too clean either. The top of the microwave had sticky sauce over it. I didn’t really care about a kitchenette because I knew I was going to eat out throughout my time there.The bed was comfortable enough. The bed sheets look clean. I did not spend much time on the balcony but the one time I stepped out there, it looked decent. I ate at the bar once for breakfast. The food was great and served at a reasonable amount of time after placing the order. And I like the 24/7 support staff. Couple of suggestions: Build some shelves in the shower area to put toiletries and hang stuff (because now, all there is the floor). Run the AC in the room a couple of hours before guests arrival, if announced."

"The best part about my stay at Hotel Le Roy was the staff, hands down. Everyone went out of their way to make sure that I was comfortable and enjoying my solo trip. It was so refreshing to be greeted with huge smiles and genuine, warm hospitality. The food at the restaurant was great and there are also some nice restaurants within walking distance. There are some convenience stores just next to the property, if you want snacks & drinks for your room. The hotel arranged a taxi pickup at the hotel with David and he was prompt and helpful with suggestions of things to do and see. If you are looking for a smaller hotel with personalized service, this is a great choice. "
