「This hotel has many serious issues. The room and common areas had an unpleasant smell. The bath towels, pillows, and bedsheets were dirty and did not appear properly cleaned. Carpet is bad and dirty. The mattresses were worn out and extremely thin, with the springs almost coming through, making them very uncomfortable to sleep on. The three elevators are insufficient for the number of guests. Around 1 pm in the afternoon, it took between 45 minutes and one hour just to get into an...

「夜班staff super friendly and make me feel geniuenly welcomed.

「car park and lift are most problem」

「Room is very clean, and thank the staff for their」

「The room is spacious and very clean, with beautiful and relaxing views. The host is friendly and communicates actively, making the stay even more pleasant. Highly recommend!」
