「The suite was well appointed. Renovations are modern and very nice. Sky bar and pub were fantastic. Be ready to valet for almost $30 before tip. Staff was friendly and helpful with suggestions. Starbucks is understaffed in the morning. 」

「Our stay was unfortunately cut short due to a family emergency. However, we absolutely loved the property. The refurbishing of the town hall was expertly done and very attractive. The bed was super comfortable (I believe the mattress was the same type as we have at home). If we ever make it to Lead in the future, we will be staying here. 「I had emergency surgery and needed to reschedule our stay. Over ten attempts to reschedule, all unsuccessful. Each time, I was told I would be charged anywhere from $209, to over $500. Same room, just different dates. I was also told I would not be allowed a chair in the back of the venue for a concert, that I could sit in “ the bathroom”. What a terrible facility, horrible customer service. I didn’t want money back, just wanted a chair for the concert, and to reschedule the stay so we could...
