「We had a very disappointing stay at Valencia Club. The 3 BHK villa we booked was in terrible condition from the moment we arrived. Rooms were unclean, bedsheets and towels had visible stains, and the whole place smelled musty. The bathroom had mold, which is unacceptable at this price point. There were open wires and unsafe plug points, which felt dangerous. Housekeeping didn’t resolve anything the “clean” sheets they replaced were even worse. It genuinely felt like basic hygiene and safety...
