「How can staying in a palace be bad?! Stayed here 24 years ago and its still a great place to stay! Loved the balcony and our room. Hotel staff work hard to reserve hotel parking for guests, so that's great. Beautiful view of Jaen from hotel. And there is an ancient castle to tour on location for only 1.5€ each!」

「Hotel céntrico; céntrico quere dicir, moi céntrico. Antigo pazo remodelado con gosto. Cuarto amplo con vistas á rúa. O almorzo é a escoller entre toda a carta da tapería do estabelecemento. Prepárano no intre. Persoal moi amábel e servicial. Moi boa opción para pernoctar en U´beda.」

「Tito is a wonderful host. He was very welcoming and had a good sense of humour. The hotel is beautiful, just the right mixture of classy Spanish and homeliness. There was a log fire waiting for us when we arrived. 」

「A really worth visiting hotel. The building was a world UNESCO site reconstructed from the palaccio of Dean Otego. With a balcony facing the Murcia Cathedral of Santa Maria, you really feel the serenity of the once important town in the Medieval. The restaurant serves good food. It is also worth taking a visit to its basement where the luxury of the building lies. The room was really comfortable.」

「Situation géographique idéal!」

「This hotel is a very beautiful small palace and I can not complaint about how cozy, clean and nice it is. But I just say that the check in was rather strange. The lady that helped us, I believe the owner, asked if we wanted to pay cash as we checked in and we did. We asked for a receipt and she made all kind of excuses not to give us one. At the end, she just wrote down a note stating that we had paid for the room and although we asked for a stamp from the company, just to make it more oficial...

「Buen hotel, con un personal muy amable y servicial, la habitación correcta, tanto en limpieza como en habitabilidad, poco ruidosa y las camas comodas, el baño correcto, echando de menos unos colgadores para las toallas de baño. La unica pega es el aparcamiento para el vehículo, muy complicado por la zona, porque aun habiendo algunos parking cercanos, estan siempre llenos siendo misión imposible encontrar una plaza libre.」

「When I booked this hotel, website showed 4 stars and after my stay I wonder how come it can be 4 stars even staff is nice. In general, it is ok for what I have paid.」

「位置非常好，就在市中心的步行街上。晚上酒店在灯光效果下，有种穿越到中世纪生活的感觉，就是床有点简陋。早餐比较简单，相对于价格六欧一个人还是比较划算的。推荐。」

「O hotel, pesie a estar lonxe do centro (30 minutos camiñando), é dos millores de Jaén. Non era a primeira visita. Precisa duns retoques xa que leva tempo funcionando. En recepción, o persoal é escaso, o que provoca retrasos na atención ao cliente. O almorzo podería millorar dabondo, tratándose dun hotel de catro estrelas. O persoal é amábel e servicial.」
