"The hotel itself was nice enough but we were very disappointed on arrival to find that the bar and the restaurant were both closed for reasons my Spanish was not good enough to understand.
The promised restaurants in the village turned out to also be closed but we were eventually able to find some snacks at a bar.
Having specifically booked a place with bar and restaurant it is very annoying to have to traipse around finding something to eat after a day's travelling. "

Hice una reserva confirmada por Hoteles .com, y cuando nos presentamos en el hotel nos dijeron que no les habían enviado la reserva, por lo que tras llamar a Hoteles.com nos realojaron en un hostal de una estrella con una cama horrible de muelles y todo sucio. Yo había reservado un hotel de tres estrellas y ellos nos ofrecieron un hostal. Es evidente que el hotel carece de total profesionalidad, y espera los fines de semana a ver si ocupa las...

"Hotel Pura Vida was a beautiful hotel nestled into a beautiful village in the middle of La Rioja. The staff were super friendly and lovely towards our 7 month old son. There is a garden out the back with lovely dappled sunlight and views over the village.
We would definitely stay here again, if we ever return to the area.
Thanks so much for a lovely stay."

"FALTAL NOS HAN DEJADO TIRADOS EN LA CALLE. Se pago la reserva el 1 de agosto y hemos llegado al alojamiento y por una mala gestión del propietario no había apuntado la reserva. Total en la calle, con 240€ menos que aun no hemos recuperado.
Nosotros hemos hecho la reserva con Hotels.com y ha sido horrible la experiencia. "
