The breakfast buffet had a very large selection and everything was fresh and delicious. The staff was happy to accommodate our requests and help out whenever possible. Lots of good food around too. 2 convenient stores within 100m from Hotel Hotel staff offered to change my room to 1 with a king size bed with living room when my twin beds room is too size for a family of 3. "In a wood, very quiet location. Very nice design and structure, especially the huge beautiful outdoor garden with glass roof. However, it is very badly maintained. The room is dirty, especially the bathroom is filthy. The air con doesn't work, even open the patio door at night, the cool air doesn't really cool down the room and the air is stuffy."
