"Was served by Johnny for check in. He was friendly, gave me a free upgrade and was efficient in the check in. I left my luggages there for 5 days for my chongqing trip and they were securely stored. A very value for money accommodation "

"Great hotel and very clean. Breakfast buffet has great options, and an excellent view. Staff are very professional and helpful. Only issue was that the washroom doors are a little hard to use, and water from the shower leaks into the washroom very easily, and may cause a slip."

"We stayed 2 nights at this hotel. We have stayed in other luxury hotels in Chengdu before. This will now be our preferred one. We had a club room . The club lounge had excellent service;, food and drinks. We had breakfast in the main restaurant which was outstanding. Our bedroom and bathroom were spacious, beds were comfortable. Overall a great stay at a beautiful hotel."
