「The manager was horrible, and the management overall was terrible. It felt like South Africa in the 1970s. No one was at the property when we arrived. There was no cell phone service, and after driving one kilometer inside the reserve, they still refused to give us the Wi-Fi password. The employees seemed afraid to call the manager, and when she finally arrived, she still did not provide the Wi-Fi access. After telling us she was going to get it from her office, she disappeared for three...

「Our stay was nice overall, though we had some maintenance issues in the room which were quickly addressed, except for the old and visibly dirty AC unit in the room and the flimsy door lock solution which are not acceptable at this price point. The grounds were clean; the pool was well maintained; the buffet was excellent. However, the entire hotel wifi was down during our entire stay due to a "network upgrade" which is also unacceptable for any half decent hotel.」

「Check in was smooth. Front desk staff very accomodating. View of the ocean is stunning! Lobby is emaculate. Room was clean and well stocked with the essentials. Breakfast was great! Thank you again Pullman for accomodating my last minute stay! I've been coming to this hotel since the early 2000's. Never disappoints!」

「Beautiful place overall! Everything was great including the staff, our room, the pool, the food...Everything! The staff was very friendly and attentive Mr. Oumar and his staff were the best! My only suggestion for the restaurant staff is to make sure that all customers receive the same type of customer service no matter what they look like.」
