The owner(?) met us at the front desk and was all ready for us to check in, even though I'd just booked on-line about an hour before. He was incredibly nice, and didn't bat an eye when I told him we had 2 puppies with us. Our room was huge and very comfortable and INCREDIBLY clean! I was really impressed.
